You can try Bond Place Hotel or Marriot Toronto Donwtown Eaton Centre. Both near public transportation hub and getting to Eaton centre is a breeze. Both hotels have smoking rooms, with other room types to choose from. Since i dont know your budget, i'll post the links i used to look for infos regularly;
